Immune-Boosting Coffee with Manuka Honey

This coffee is blended with dates, coconut oil, cinnamon, manuka honey, and plant-based milk. Adding a bit of fat allows the fat-soluble vitamins better absorption, and the manuka honey offers an antibacterial boost. Cinnamon is used as the spice here but you can easily add some other warm spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cardamom.

Ingredients:

4 dates

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tsp manuka honey

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 1/2 - 3 cups coffee

Add all ingredieints in a high powered blender (ex. nutribullet) and blend for a minute until dates are broken up and liquid is frothy. Pour into cups and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top.
