Ingredients

2 russet potatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

chopped parsley to garnish

Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash potatoes and chop into wedges lengthwise. Pat dry with paper towel and toss in a medium bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil until coated. Add the paprika, garlic powder and onion powder and toss until coated again.

Evenly space wedges on prepared baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.

Immediately after the potatoes are finished, sprinkle salt on top and toss. Serve with chopped parsley and your favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
