Smoky Chipotle Hummus
This hummus recipe is perfect if you like bold flavours and a bit of kick. It tastes wonderful on my avocado hummus toast recipe and makes the perfect mid-morning snack with veggies or pretzels. Chipotle peppers in Adobo have a very strong flavour so one is usually enough, but you could certainly add another if you really want to feel the heat.

*serves 4
Ingredients
1 19 oz can Chickpeas
1/4 cup chickpea liquid
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp tahini
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 tbsp adobo sauce
2 cloves garlic
Combine all ingredients in food processor & process until smooth. Add more liquid to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
