Peppercorn Hummus

This recipe is a great quick snack with a punch of flavour and zest. It has even been approved by a non-hummus eater!

Toss all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, 3-5 minutes. And that’s it!

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves

3 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 tbsp tahini

Juice of 1/2 a lemon (about 1 tbsp)

1 19oz can chickpeas

1/4 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup chickpea liquid

1 tbsp whole peppercorns

2 tsp ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl topped with pepper and olive oil, enjoy!
