3 Ingredient Mango Soft Serve

This recipe only requires 3 ingredients, the main one being just that, mango. Let’s come together and enjoy what will feel like an indulgence, but is actually a super healthy snack!
I added yogurt to this recipe because I wanted the creaminess of ice cream without the stomachache. Also, adding a fermented product like yogurt adds welcome probiotics to a delicious dessert, or breakfast, or snack, or whatever you want to make of it. This recipe is super easy to make vegan by just adding coconut yogurt instead of regular, and we can all agree that adding coconut to mango is always a good idea!
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed frozen mango
1/3 cup organic plain yogurt (can use coconut yogurt if plant-based)
1 -2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth, creamy, and delicious! So easy, so yummy, so healthy - enjoy.
