Matcha & Honey Overnight Oats
These matcha overnight oats are so yummy, it's like eating dessert for breakfast! Matcha is full of antioxidants and it's got lots of caffeine so it's a great way to start your day.
Be sure to use rolled oats because they are less processed and will keep you full longer as opposed to quick oats. Top them with whatever you please, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp chia
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
1 banana, mashed
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2/3 cup nut milk
1 tbsp local honey
Toppings:
sliced strawberries
sliced banana
chia seeds
vegan dark chocolate
coconut
Stir together the oats, chia, matcha, coconut, nut milk, honey, and mashed banana in a bowl or a jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with whatever you please or the toppings I used, enjoy!
