Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
My obsession smoothie bowls began during the week I spent in Bali last October. They are so pretty, fun to make, and equally as fun to eat. As my toppings I have pumpkin seeds, dried goji berries, unsweetened coconut, chia seeds, and sliced strawberries.
Goji berries offer incredibly high levels of antioxidants, they detoxify the liver, have been rumored to increase fertility, and bear many other benefits that make it an easy classification as a “superfood”. Chia seeds contain Omega-3 fatty acids and pumpkin seeds have zinc, manganese, and antioxidants that kill free radicals. Get on the smoothie bowl train and enjoy this nutrient-packed and visually satisfying breakfast!

Ingredients
Smoothie
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1 banana
3/4 cup cashew milk
1/2 cup ice
1 tbsp honey
Topping
1 tbsp dried goji berries
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 strawberries sliced
Directions:
Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
Put the toppings on the smoothie & enjoy!
